Hello! I'm Kasia Halani, and my journey has led me to a new mission. I'm dedicated to helping save lives by promoting open conversations about suicide, teaching people how to listen and talk about this critical topic, and offering compassion to grieving parents who often find themselves feeling lonely and isolated.
My personal experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges that arise from the loss of a loved one to suicide. I've walked a path of grief and healing, and I'm here to provide a safe space for individuals who are navigating the complex emotions that come with such a loss.
My commitment is to raise awareness about suicide and create a supportive environment for compassionate conversations. I firmly believe that through empathy and understanding, we can make a difference in the lives of those who are struggling.
As we embark on this journey together, my goal is to offer you guidance, support, and a listening ear. We can explore strategies to cope with grief and find solace in knowing that you are not alone.
Let's work together to make the world a place where talking about suicide is met with empathy and support, and where grieving parents find the understanding and community they need.
Hi there! I'm originally from Poland and made my way to England when I was 20 years old. I'm a single mom of two amazing children, and I come from a big family. Like many of us, I've carried a lot of emotional baggage over the years.
My journey of healing started early. I first talked to a therapist when I was just 16 years old. I've explored various forms of therapy, from talking therapy to relationship therapy, even delving into inner child work and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Life has presented its share of challenges too, including lower back pain following my second pregnancy, post-natal depression after my daughter's birth, and navigating depression during my divorce a few years later.
My path has been marked by an accidental childhood trauma, requiring surgery every 5-7 years. It's not easy, but I've kept moving forward. During my most recent surgery, I discovered the power of Tapping (EFT). It significantly reduced the stress associated with planned surgeries, the uncertainty of outcomes, and the recovery process. It also helped me maintain a positive, calm, and patient outlook.
Life took a profound turn on February 2, 2023, when my son Jakub, aged 19 at the time, tragically lost his life to suicide. This unexpected and devastating event reshaped my life and priorities. While I still carry valuable insights from my experiences with medical treatments, single parenting, and childhood traumas, my journey has granted me profound new understandings in the realm of suicide and grief.
I've become a living testimony to the loneliness, fear, and shock that life can sometimes bring. My dedication now lies in spending the rest of my life raising awareness about suicide, fostering compassionate conversations, and providing a safe space for all the emotions and feelings that surface during times of crisis.
In addition, I've harnessed the power of EFT Tapping as a tool to make healing and support accessible to all, even in the darkest of moments. My commitment is to be a beacon of hope and understanding in the journey of suicide and grief.
Together, we can navigate these difficult waters, transforming pain into strength and compassion, and creating a world where no one feels alone in their struggle.
My personal experience allows me to offer you a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate space where through EFT Tools you can start peeling off the layers of an onion and start your healing journey now. You will see for yourself that you can change your limiting beliefs and re-program your mind, get rid of “the writings on the walls”.You can overcome personal fears when it comes to having conversations about suicide. You can look into personal triggers and see if there is a stigma attached to this subject. Maybe a personal experience or family history that has never been talked about. It's vital to remember that suicide concerns all of us, and together, we can learn how to have open, empathetic conversations about it
